SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All of our items are handmade and made to order with love. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Carrier & Delivery

We ship all orders via USPS. Once your package has been handed off to USPS, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries worldwide. Please note that we do not ship to Africa at this time. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be assessed upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Chaos & Crafts By J&S is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by USPS. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with USPS.
