Because all of our products are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is crafted specifically for you, so we are unable to resell returned goods. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great pride in the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of your delivery date so we can make it right.

To report a damaged item, please reach out via our contact form or email us and include:

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Clear photos of the damage

Once we receive and review your photos, we will work with you on the best resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged under any circumstances, as they are made specifically to your specifications.

Incorrect Orders

If you received an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly.
